The Smoke Vent on the top serves a double purpose - first it allows smoke out from the canopy so it's a more pleasant cooking environment . and it also provides a release to protect against strong gusts of wind.

The canopy roofing is strong 180gsm polyester with a fire retardant treatment to protect you and your property.
